SMT/THT contract assembly

Double-side, lead and lead-free SMD assembly according to IPC-A-610F standard and in line with ESD guidelines. We have two highly-advanced production lines, equipped with seven Fuji NXT robots and Pick&Place Fuji AIMEX II automat. Each of those robots can place even 10 thousand elements per hour. We also offer assembly of through-hole components, aslo known as THT, that can be soldered either manually, selectively or using soldering wave. During THT assembly process we use highest-quality, professional soldering bondings solely. We use semi-automatic devices for cutting components' terminals.
