EAE Elektronik - our story

For 30 years, we have been continuously assembling electronics for our customers, investing in infrastructure, machinery and constantly improving the qualifications of our employees, to meet the growing expectations of our customers.

1993

EAE Elektronik

Establishment of EAE Elektronik

Initially, the basis of the company's activity was creating of electrical and intercom installations.
1999

Electronics production

The first controllers for kitchen hoods

The company implemented the first control systems for kitchen hoods.
2001

Electronic controllers

The production of electronic controllers has started. Launching the production of electronics gave rise to the current activity and the establishment of the Company in current form.
2003

Production automation

Construction of the first production line

In 2003 the first machines were purchased and the construction of a production line was started, first for the production of printed circuit boards, and then for assembly of components.
2004

Expansion of the production line

Further investments in machine park

The purchase of the SPARTAN wave Soldering Machine, the milling plotter and the M60 automatic machine enabled further development and significantly increased the production capacity of our company.
2006

Investment in infrastructure

Purchase of a building and production space

In June 2006 The location of the company changed due to moving to a new building.
2010

Expansion of the machine park

Electronics assembly machines

Purchase of a new SMT assembly machine, Fuji NXT, thanks to which our company significantly increased its production capacity while improving the quality of the SMT assembly process.
2011

Further investments in the machine park

Automatic optical inspection

Enrichment of the production line with a device for automatic optical inspection of PCBs AOI MIRTEC MV-3L, allowing for testing of PCBs or entire PCB panels. In 2011, we received a certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and IQNet in the field of design, production and distribution of electronic products. We are also a certified member of the IPC organization and the Fair Play Company 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
2013

20th Birthday of the Company

20 years of experience in the electronics industry

In 2013, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of the company's activity. We owe this success and dynamic development to many years of solid work, consistently implemented ambitious projects, and above all, reliable employees. Thanks to their commitment, we undertake new, bold actions, the effects of which allow us to evaluate our achievements with pride and satisfaction.

Implementation of the Environmental Management System

The positive result of the certification audit resulted in the creation of the Integrated Management System.

X-Ray, climatic chamber, shaker

Investment in the machine park

We have enriched our machine park with new devices. X-Ray inspection, a climatic chamber for rapid changes in temperature and humidity, and a shaker for vibration tests.

Investments

Purchase of land for new investments

We have purchased land adjacent to our production hall, which we plan to use to expand our production area.
2022

Photovoltaics

Photovoltaic installation 140 kW

We have invested in a photovoltaic installation, which in the long run will help to reduce costs and thus enable us to offer even more competitive prices for the electronics we produce.
