The purchase of the SPARTAN wave Soldering Machine, the milling plotter and the M60 automatic machine enabled further development and significantly increased the production capacity of our company.

Automatic optical inspection
Enrichment of the production line with a device for automatic optical inspection of PCBs AOI MIRTEC MV-3L, allowing for testing of PCBs or entire PCB panels. In 2011, we received a certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and IQNet in the field of design, production and distribution of electronic products. We are also a certified member of the IPC organization and the Fair Play Company 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Automatic Optical Inspection
AOI
In order to maintain the highest standard of services, EAE Elektronik expanded its machine park with a new automatic optical inspection machine - the Parmi Xceed MP-3D AOI. A single laser scan significantly accelerated the automatic optical inspection process while providing an even higher level of inspection detail. Purchase of a new, third SMD assembly line. The new line includes, among others, 6 Fuji NXT III placement machines, a Parmi Solder Paste Inspection system, and an ERSA reflow oven.

Construction of the Production Hall
EAE Elektronik officially began the construction of a new production facility - the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony marked the beginning of a new chapter in the company’s history. The new factory is a response to growing market demand and a confirmation of EAE Elektronik’s long-term development strategy. Increased production capacity and modern infrastructure will enable us to handle projects of even greater scale and complexity.
